This workshop is conducted in French and is perfect for intermediate and advanced French speakers — and don’t worry, we’ll always tailor the language level to fit the group so everyone feels at ease.
With only six spots available per session, our workshops are cozy and interactive. You’ll work in pairs, making the experience both social and hands-on.
Learn the art of French crepe-making — from sweet lemon-sugar classics to the traditional egg, ham and cheese buckwheat galettes. In this hands-on culinary experience, guests will learn how to prepare traditional French crepes from scratch — both sweet and savory — using classic techniques. We’ll cover batter preparation, cooking methods, and flavor pairings, while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with local cider pairing.
