In this hands-on culinary experience, guests will learn how to prepare traditional French crêpes from scratch — both sweet and savory — using classic techniques. We’ll cover batter preparation, cooking methods, and flavor pairings, while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with local cider pairing.

With only six spots available per session, our workshops are cozy and interactive. You’ll work in pairs, making the experience both social and hands-on.

What you’ll learn

  • The history and tradition of French crêpes

  • How to make sweet and savory crêpe batter (including naturally gluten-free buckwheat batter)

  • How to properly spread, flip, and fold crêpes using traditional tools

  • Tips for recreating artisan crêpes at home with everyday tools

  • Seasonal and local topping pairings

  • Each guest will get to eat one savory galette and one sweet crepe

  • Digital recipe cards

  • Local cider or artisan lemonade pairing
