In this hands-on class, teens will prepare a classic French picnic menu — the kind you’d pack for a lazy afternoon in the park or by the river. We’ll bake, mix, pan-fry, and assemble a full spread of fresh, comforting dishes, then sit down together to enjoy it picnic-style.

What’s on the menu:

  • Deviled Eggs (French-style) — creamy, perfectly seasoned, and picnic-ready

  • Freshly Baked Baguettes & Jambon Beurre — crisp bread with butter and ham, the ultimate French sandwich

  • French-Style Zucchini Fritters (Croquettes de Courgette) — crispy on the outside, tender inside

  • Cherry Clafoutis — a soft, custardy French dessert baked with cherries

This class is all about simple techniques, great ingredients, and relaxed summer cooking — perfect for building confidence and having fun in the kitchen.
