Paris Bistro Classics - Teens Summer Series - TUESDAY July 21st - 1 PM to 4:30 PM

$85.00

Bienvenue à Paris — where comfort food meets a little kitchen magic.

In this hands-on session inspired by Parisian bistro cuisine, teens will cook iconic French dishes you’d find on a neighborhood café menu. We’ll bread, bake, layer, and torch our way through a full meal, learning classic techniques that turn simple ingredients into something special.

This is a cozy, confidence-boosting class with big “I made that?!” energy — and yes, everyone stays to enjoy the meal together.

What’s on the menu:

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu — crispy on the outside, melty on the inside

  • Gratin Dauphinois — creamy, oven-baked potatoes the French way

  • Crème Brûlée — silky vanilla custard with a crackly caramelized top

Lunch is included — and cracking that sugar crust never gets old

Ingredients & dietary notes

This session may include:

  • Proteins: chicken, ham, eggs

  • Dairy: milk, cream, butter, cheese

  • Gluten: wheat flour, breadcrumbs

  • Other: potatoes, sugar, vanilla

⚠️ This class is not suitable for severe food allergies due to shared equipment and ingredients. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss dietary restrictions.

Kitchen safety

Students will receive clear instruction on knife skills, oven safety, and proper tool handling before cooking begins. Age-appropriate knives are used, and all activities are closely supervised in a calm, supportive kitchen environment.
