Welcome to Brittany, the land of crêpes, butter, and cozy coastal cooking.

In this hands-on session inspired by Brittany, teens will learn how to make real French crêpes from scratch — both savory and sweet. We’ll mix batter, learn how to swirl crêpes like pros, cook on the griddle, and build classic fillings the French way.

Everyone will make and customize their own crêpes, then sit down together to enjoy a full crêpe feast.

What’s on the menu:

  • Savory Buckwheat Crêpes (Galettes Complètes) — filled with ham, egg, and Gruyère

  • Sweet Wheat Crêpes — with classic toppings such as lemon & sugar, Chantilly cream & berries, or sweet salted butter caramel
